1. What AlleyPulse is
AlleyPulse (alleypulse.com) is a weekly neighborhood intelligence service for small local businesses. For each shop you add, we send a weekly email and show a web view of the same issue, listing what changed within about 1 km of the shop address, based on public sources. The service also includes a read only REST API and a remote MCP server, both reached with API keys you create in your account.
2. Your account and shops
You sign in with a one time link sent to your email address; there is no password. One account can hold several shops. You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses you add and for keeping your sign-in email and API keys private. You must be at least 18 and use AlleyPulse for business purposes.
3. Price and billing
AlleyPulse is a monthly subscription of $39 USD per shop per month. Each shop you add is a separate subscription at that price; the weekly email, the web view, API access and MCP access for that shop are all included. There are no usage fees or add-ons. The free sample report and the free address check cost nothing and need no card.
Billing starts on the date you subscribe a shop and renews every month until you cancel. Payments are handled by a third party payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required. We will email you at least 30 days before we change the price or start charging existing early access users, and a price change applies only from your next renewal after that notice.
AlleyPulse is in early access and is not charging anyone yet. Until billing starts, the weekly email is free and no card is asked for.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any shop's subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@alleypulse.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the rest of the month you already paid for. Because each issue is delivered as soon as it is produced, we do not refund a month that has started, except where the law requires it or where we failed to deliver the service. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@alleypulse.com within 30 days and we will review it.
5. Accuracy of the information
Issues are built from public data at the time of each weekly scan. Listings can be missing, wrong or out of date, and information can be hours to days old. Treat each item as a prompt to check, not as professional, legal or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell or republish issues or API output in bulk, do not try to extract our data automatically beyond the documented API and its rate limits (60 requests per minute per key, up to 5 active keys per account), do not share keys outside your business, and do not use AlleyPulse to harass a business or a person. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. Third party names
AlleyPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Maps and Google Alerts are trademarks of Google LLC.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve or change the service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change applies. If we end the service, we will email you and stop billing from that date.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AlleyPulse is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for business decisions made from an issue.
